Returns Policy:

• PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
• A copy of the authorization must be included with the return shipment.
• Returns will only be accepted up to 12 months from date of invoice, unless the title has gone into a new edition. Postcards will be sent with the last date of authorization for return.
• Cartons weighing more than 50 pounds will be refused.
• Books that are damaged and not in saleable condition will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Books not in the original shrinkwrap will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Books with any stickers on them will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
